Significant part of the Termovent Komerc production belongs to production of air handling units.
Air handling units are produced in 17 different sizes, section construction process, where each series represents a specific necessary treatment of air. Sections are constructively formed from aluminum profiles, mutually connected with connection elements. Air handling units panels are produced from thermo-isolated panels, mutually coated with plasticized aluminum, all assembled into a specially designed aluminum frame, which secures the necessary load of panels, quality adjacent and tightening with the primary profile. All panels have locks and hinges for servicing panels, revision glass and attachments for measuring.
Standard production of these fans is with operation electric motors in protection class in accordance with IEC standards IP54, while hygienic construction process incorporates motors class EF2 or EF1.

Bearing construction

• Basic bearing construction is made from aluminum profile of specific form, anodized for protection from atmospheric influence. Profiles are mutually connected with appropriate three L-profiles, which form bearing surface at sides.

Sides

• Air handling units are coated with sides, made from galvanized steel boards, two-tier sandwich board constructed with sound and heat insulation. Insulation material consists from non-flammable and non-toxic mineral wool, density 60 kg/m3, heat conductivity 0.030 kcal/m2hoC.

• If requested, sides can be colored into a desired color. Fixed sides are strengthened with specially threaded bolts, and sides, which can be taken off during maintenance, are tightened with special connectors for simple assembly and disassembly.

Section Fans

• Section fans encompasses centrifugal radial fan with double suction, with onward or backward curved blades. Fans are statically and dynamically balanced and connected with elastic connections with channels, in order to avoid transfer of vibrations. Depending on the type and size, the fan work is achieved through pulleys and belts, driven by three-phase or mono-phase motor.

• Fans with onward curved blades are made from galvanized steel plate, and fans with backward curved blades have rotor from plain steel plate, which is protected with anti-corrosive protection. The primary fan is made from high quality long-lasting steel, leaned on self-adaptable ball bearings predicted to work for 40 000 hours.

Types of air handling units:

• Hygienic type represents a special processing of all air handling unit elements, including production of the whole stainless steel floor and special forms of surface protection of all elements resistant to aggressive agents for system disinfection.

• Standard air handling unit type represents horizontally arranged defined sections, while for some smaller accommodation spaces, air handling unit can be formed in floor horizontal placement of units, or in vertical placement of sections and all air handling unit elements.
